♦ 400 g flour

♦ 2 tsp olive oil

♦ 50 ml water

Mix togeter the flower with eggs add olive oli and water. 5min in the stand mixer.

30 min in the  fridge.

Redy to put to the pasta machine.

cooking 3-5 min with the water and salt
Add 300 g shrimps and 100 g cold smoked salmon and 200 ml cream.

Salt , pepper and chili....
