TIRAMISU




TRADITIONAL TIRAMISU
Recipe.250 g mascarpone
2 eggs
200 g ladyfinger biscuits
100 g sugar
cocoa
300 ml espresso coffee or  coffee liqueur.

Method:
Make espresso coffee to soak the ladyfinger biscuits.
Pour into a bowl, then sugar to taste and leave to cool.
Beat the yolks of the eggs together with half of the sugar to obtain a pale, fluffy and creamy mixture.
Fold in the mascarpone and whisk into a smooth cream.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and add the remaining sugar.
Mix all together and place the biscuits in a bowl and start to wet them with coffee.
Cover the biscuits with the mascarpone cream and dust with cocoa powder.
Chill in the fridge for the few houers to allow the dessert to set.

Serve in the Martini Glass Enjoy...
