Tartar steak



               Tartar steak recipe:
-         300-400 g beef tenderloin
-         3 eggs yolks
-         1 onion
-         3-4 small pickles
-         1 tbs. capers
-         salt and pepper
-         1 tbs. mustard
-         sweet paprika
-         1 tbs soya sauce
-         1 tbs. olive oil.


1.             In a medium bowl, combine beef, mustard, olive oil, 1 egg yolk and salt and pepper to taste. Form it into a mound and place on a serving plate. 

2.             Make a slight indentation in the center of the tartar and place the remaining egg yolk in it. Surround the tartar with onion, pickles and capers. Serve immediately. It is customary to mix all the ingredients together at table and serve with toast points.

Grilled Pepper Steak








      Grilled Pepper  Steak
·                     2 of your favorite cuts of steak
·                     2 tablespoons lightly cracked black pepper
·                     1 tablespoon kosher or sea salt

5-10 min on the grill!!!!

Serve with mozzarella salad:

salad, tomatoes, oregano, basil onion and olive oil


Potatoes with butter and dill.

 Marinade to the chicken legs:
-         Paprika
-         salt
-         pepper
-         chili
-         barbecue sauce
-    chicken legs: 20 min in oven and after that 10-15 min on the grill!!!
Serve with couscous salad.

Tomato-Paprika Soup





                 Cream Of Tomato-Paprika Soup..
  RECIPE:
-         4 CARROTS
-         1 PAPRIKA
-         1 ONION
-         1 SMALL GARLIC
-         BASILIC
-         4 TOMATOES
-         SALT AND PEPPER
-         SWEAT PAPRIKA 1 TBS.
-         1 POTATO
-         CREAM FRENCH OR SMETANA

  COOK THE SOUP FOR 50 MIN
  MIX ALL IN BLENDER !!

  SERVE WITH TOMATO, CHIVE AND PARSLEY.

AND AFTER THE CREAM SOUP NICE GRILL PEPPER STEAK!!!!
