Tartar steak recipe:

g beef tenderloin

eggs yolks

onion

3-4
small pickles

tbs. capers
-
salt
and pepper

tbs. mustard

sweet
paprika

tbs soya sauce

tbs. olive oil.
1.
In a medium
bowl, combine beef, mustard, olive oil, 1 egg yolk and salt and pepper to
taste. Form it into a mound and place on a serving plate.
2.
Make a slight
indentation in the center of the tartar and place the remaining egg yolk in
it. Surround the tartar with onion, pickles and capers. Serve immediately. It
is customary to mix all the ingredients together at table and serve with toast
points.
