Beef steak and black chantarelle sauce....






                  Black chantarelle sauce serve with beef steak and potatoes.


-         150-200 g black chantarelle
-         sour cream
-         salt and pepper

Fry the black chantarelle 10-15 min , then add sour cream, salt and pepper.


Serve with beef steak  and potatoes...
