Homemade pasta with salmon and shrimps.
Homemade Pasta
♦ 4 large
eggs
♦ 400 g
flour
♦ 2 tsp
olive oil
♦ 50 ml
water
Mix togeter
the flower with eggs add olive oli and water. 5min in the stand mixer.
30 min in
the fridge.
Redy to put
to the pasta machine.
Add 300 g shrimps and 100 g cold smoked salmon and 200 ml cream.
Salt , pepper and chili....

Vegetables soup with bulgur.
Vegetable
soup with bulgur.
0,500 g ribs
3 carrots
1 leek
1 celery
200 g brown
mushrooms
1 onion
10 g butter
2 bay leaf
2 potatoes
salt and
pepper
1 l water
100 g
bulgur
50 g bacon
In large pot
add 1 l water then add the ribs , celery all the vegetables remember to cut
them small,
( carrots ,
leek potatoes.)
On the
sauce pan add butter and after that cut the mushroom with onion and becoon. 6-7
min .
Add them to
the soup.
Cook the
soup for 45-50 min .
Add bulgúr
and cook 5-6 min more.
The soup is
ready to serve with bacon and bread.
Flounder with crayfish
1 kg
flounder fish
150 g
crayfish
creme
fraiche
dill
salt and
pepper.
lemon
flour
Marinade
flounder with salt pepper and lemon. Dredge fillets in flour.
(3 fillets )2-3 min on the saucepan...
Mix the
crayfish with creme fraiche add salt pepper , dill and lemon.
Serve the
flounder fish with crayfish creme , french fries and salad..

Pulled Pork Hamurger

marinade the pork 5 hours salt pepper, paprika and BBQ hickory SAUCE.

hours in the oven 120 degree....
When the
meat are ready make the hamburger with cheddar cheese, smetana, BBQ sauce ,
Ketchup,
and mustard.
Serve with
salad and dark beer....
