Vegetables soup with bulgur.




Vegetable soup with bulgur.
0,500 g ribs
3 carrots
1 leek
1 celery
200 g brown mushrooms
1 onion
10 g butter
2 bay leaf
2 potatoes
salt and pepper
1 l water
100 g bulgur
50 g bacon


In large pot add 1 l water then add the ribs , celery all the vegetables remember to cut them small,
( carrots , leek potatoes.)
On the sauce pan add butter and after that cut the mushroom with onion and becoon. 6-7 min .
Add them to the soup.
Cook the soup for 45-50 min .
Add bulgúr and cook 5-6 min more.
The soup is ready to serve with bacon and bread.
