Flounder with crayfish



1 kg flounder fish
150 g crayfish
creme fraiche
dill
salt and pepper.
lemon
flour

Marinade flounder with salt pepper and lemon. Dredge fillets in flour.
 (3 fillets )2-3 min on the saucepan...

Mix the crayfish with creme fraiche add salt pepper , dill and lemon.


Serve the flounder fish with crayfish creme , french fries and salad..
