Black Angus steak



Black Angus beef with chanterelles and boletus mushroom , leek terrine grilled tomatoes and tzatziki sauce.
Beef 2 min on the grill and 7-8 min in the oven. (Salt and pepper and i add some chili with garlic).
Chanterelles with boletus and  onion add butter on the panesauce 15-20 min.
Leek terrine warm in the oven 10 min,
serve the beef with grill tomatoes , leek terrine mushroom and tzatziki sauce.

Beef steak and Jumbo shrips







Beef steak , Jumbo shrimps serve with avocado salad

-         Shrimps 500g
-         marinade with salt, pepper and chili.

         Beef Steak
-         Marinade with barbecue whiskey sauce
-         sweet paprika
-         salt and pepper
-         olive oil

       Avocado Salad
-         salad
-         tomatoes
-         cucumber
-         olives
-         avocado with lemon
-         onion
-         garlic croutons


Beef steak on the grill 3 min one side and 3 min another . Jumbo shrimps 2 min. Serve with salad and balsamic vinegar......

Chanterelle cream soup



Chanterelle cream soup

-         250 g chanterelles
-         1 leek
-         4-5 carrots
-         1 onion
-         chicken or vegetables bullion
-         1 or 2 potatoes
-         salt and pepper
-         cream or smetana
-         500 ml water
-         50g butter

Cut the carrots, leek and potatoes and add them to boiled water with bullion. Cook for 20 min first!
In the saucepan heat the butter and then add the chanterelles with onion . Time 10 min.
Add the chanterelles with onion to the bullion with vegatables cook  for 25 min.
When the soup is ready add the cream or smetana 50-100 ml.

Mix all in the blender . Reday to serve!!!!

Pumpkin Soup






    Cream of Pumpkin Soup


-         1 small pumpin
-         1 onion
-         2-3 potatoes
-         leek
-         3-4 carrots
-         salt and pepper
-         curry
-         sweet paprika
-         and smal lchili
-         cream fraiche or smetana
-         1 chicken bullion


350 ml, water cook with the carrots, leek, potatoes and chicken bullion for 25 min.
Saute onion with the pumpkin in butter in a medium saucepan until tender.
Add them to the bullin wuth vegetables.
add salt and peppe small chili , curry and sweet paprika.
Cook them 15 min . whet the soup is ready add cream fraiche or smetana 50 ml.’Mix all in blender.

Ready to serve: Pumpkin SOUP!!!
