Chanterelle cream soup



Chanterelle cream soup

-         250 g chanterelles
-         1 leek
-         4-5 carrots
-         1 onion
-         chicken or vegetables bullion
-         1 or 2 potatoes
-         salt and pepper
-         cream or smetana
-         500 ml water
-         50g butter

Cut the carrots, leek and potatoes and add them to boiled water with bullion. Cook for 20 min first!
In the saucepan heat the butter and then add the chanterelles with onion . Time 10 min.
Add the chanterelles with onion to the bullion with vegatables cook  for 25 min.
When the soup is ready add the cream or smetana 50-100 ml.

Mix all in the blender . Reday to serve!!!!
