Pumpkin Soup






    Cream of Pumpkin Soup


-         1 small pumpin
-         1 onion
-         2-3 potatoes
-         leek
-         3-4 carrots
-         salt and pepper
-         curry
-         sweet paprika
-         and smal lchili
-         cream fraiche or smetana
-         1 chicken bullion


350 ml, water cook with the carrots, leek, potatoes and chicken bullion for 25 min.
Saute onion with the pumpkin in butter in a medium saucepan until tender.
Add them to the bullin wuth vegetables.
add salt and peppe small chili , curry and sweet paprika.
Cook them 15 min . whet the soup is ready add cream fraiche or smetana 50 ml.’Mix all in blender.

Ready to serve: Pumpkin SOUP!!!
