Dumplings










Potato-Cheese Dumplings
·                        Dough:
·                        2 to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
·                        1 large room-temperature egg
·                        1 teaspoon salt
·                        About 1 cup lukewarm water
·                        Potato-Cheese Filling:
·                        2 pounds scrubbed russet potatoes, boiled in their jackets



Prep Time: 45 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour




Dumplings With Cabbage And Mushrooms



Stuffing:
8 oz button mushrooms
4 tbsp butter
2 oz dried  mushrooms
1 onion
1/4 cup sauerkraut
salt, pepper
