Preparation

Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally.

Slice the mushrooms.
-
Shred
the cheese.

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour
(1/4 cup – 35 grams), salt (1/4 tsp) and black pepper (1/4 tsp).

Coat each chicken piece with mushroom and cheese inside with the flour
mixture.

n a large frying pan (or skillet), heat the oil over medium-high heat.
-
. Add the chicken pieces and cook them, about 5 minutes per side.

Cook aspargues 20 minutes with salt.

Serve with hollander sauce and avocado salad...
