Filet chicken with cheese and mushroom








   Filet chicken  with cheese and mushroom.


-         3 chicken filet
-         mushroom
-         cheese
-         flour
-         olivi olio
-         paprica
-         salt and pepper


     EXTRA:
-         Green Asparagus
-         HOLLANDER SAUCE
-         AVOCADO SALAD

Preparation

-         Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally.
-         Slice the mushrooms.
-          Shred the cheese.
-          In a shallow bowl, combine the flour (1/4 cup – 35 grams), salt (1/4 tsp) and black pepper  (1/4 tsp).
-         Coat each chicken piece with mushroom and cheese inside with the flour mixture.
-         n a large frying pan (or skillet), heat the oil over medium-high heat.
-         . Add the chicken pieces and cook them, about 5 minutes per side.
-         Cook aspargues 20 minutes with salt.
-         Serve with hollander sauce and avocado salad...
   ENJOY!!!!!!
