Eggs (frittata)



Eggs (frittata)
- 3 eggs
- 2 cooking potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small chive
Salt and pepper
25-30 g butter

Cut the potatoes , onion and tomatoes . On the saucepan butter,
then potatoes with onion and tomatoes 5 min.
Add eggs  with chive 3 min on one side and 3 min on the another side.

Ready to serve.
